What to Bring

To the Capitol:

- your completed homework with your name on each page
- a sack lunch
- Bible
- pen, pencil, notebook
- please review the dress code
-  Keep in mind that some rooms can get very cold if the AC is not adjustable.


What NOT to Bring:

- any sort of knife or firearm
- CD players, iPods or any form thereof

Parking & Directions

Parking around the capitol can be very difficult and expensive. There is a metered lot under the capitol building itself accesible via Punchbowl Street. Another metered lot by the Dept. of Health Building located on the corner of Punchbowl and Beretania.There are numerous pay lots that charge a flat daily rate. Google "parking lots in downtown Honolulu" for current information. On street metered parking is available but hard to find. Limited spaces at Iolani Palace.Make sure you give yourself time to find parking. Carpooling is encouraged. Call the State Coordinator for information on others coming from your area so you can ride together.

Housing Information

For those that are coming from out of town and need housing, please contact the state coordinator and register for host housing.
